SCROOMS (Roblox): Beginner Guide, Instruments and Codes
SCROOMS is a Roblox game where you tame little mushroom creatures called Scrooms by playing music to them: pick up an instrument, tune it, and keep the Scroom inside the catch zone until the bar fills. It launched publicly on October 10, 2026. There are no SCROOMS codes yet and the game has no code box. Your first goals are to catch a Scroom with the Wooden Lute, sell it for Chimes, buy the Tamer's Guitar for 100 Chimes, then visit five statues to unlock the Ocarina.
How to catch Scrooms
- Equip an instrument and start playing near a Scroom to draw it in.
- Tune your instrument before the Scroom commits. A faster Tune Speed makes this quicker.
- Keep the Scroom inside the catch zone to fill the progress bar. If it slips out, your progress drains.
- When the bar is full, the Scroom is yours.
Scrooms range from common Redcaps to the rarest Eversung.
Your first quests
- Talk to Leo near spawn in Songkeeper's Grove (press E) to start Getting Started!. He gives you a Wooden Lute.
- Catch your first Scroom and return to Leo for 1,350 XP and 125 Chimes.
- Sell Scrooms at Julian's stall with Sell Held or Sell Inventory. Chimes are the game's money.
- Buy the Tamer's Guitar for 100 Chimes and equip it from your Equipment Bag → Instruments. Open your backpack with G.

| Adventurer's Tambourine | 750 Chimes | Shop |
| Violin of Pilgrimage | 4,500 Chimes | Shop |

Better instruments tune faster, so upgrade as soon as you can afford it.
The Next Step: the five statues and the Ocarina
Find Halden by the log, campfire and red tents. His quest The Next Step asks you to Pay Respects at five statues, in any order:
- Beside Cal's house
- Between Luca's and Bennie's houses
- At the big brown tree between the waterfall and Beekeeper Jones
- Behind the seller's shop near spawn
- Near Songwalker Shax and the Grove Lift
The reward is the Ocarina (hotbar slot 5) and the Magic Melody badge. Play the Homeward Melody on it, Left, Down, Up, Left, to return to your spawn point.
SCROOMS codes
There are no codes in SCROOMS as of October 20, 2026, and the game has no place to enter one. Sites listing “SCROOMS codes” are guessing. If the developer adds codes, they'll most likely appear in the official Discord and the SCROOMS Roblox group; we check daily and will add them here.
What's next: The Undergarden
The developer has announced a new area, The Undergarden Beneath the Grove, for October 24, 2026.
